I and my Friend think it is the Elgato Card itself and we think the card is Faulty.
I have tried changing Resolutions on the Switch and the PS4 and I still get Static.
I have uninstalled the Elgato Software and installed a different version, Still Static. Using OBS or Elgato gives me the same result. Testing the PS4/Nintendo Switch directly to the monitor does not result in static sound. I have swapped the cables around every which way and it seems to not fix the issue.
